Broker Compensation Disclosure

As an independent insurance broker, we at Oegema, Nicholson & Associates pride ourselves on a goal to provide you with the best available coverage in today’s competitive marketplace. Our years in business and professional experience has enabled our  highly trained staff to establish a reputable and solid relationship with the companies we represent, giving us that extra advantage when we negotiate on your behalf.  During this negotiation process, we purchase insurance products and services on your behalf that are available, affordable and understandable.

Oegema, Nicholson & Associates Insurance Brokers Ltd., is therefore pleased to have the opportunity to present the following list of Automobile and Property Insurers that we represent and have included the range of compensation that is part of your insurance premium.

This commission percentage is paid annually or semi-annually for both new business and renewals.

Should there be an increase in the commission schedule we receive from your insurer, or, any other material change that affects compensation arrangement, we will notify you.
